Students are welcomed to the workplace by a “Meet and Greet” session that is attended by all employees. Throughout the summer, social events are sponsored by U.S. AgBank and AgVantis to provide students with an opportunity to interact and network.
Students are encouraged to build lasting relationships by spending time with the “intern group” away from work. Previous students have enjoyed bowling, celebrating birthdays, exploring Wichita-area restaurants and other entertainment destinations.
