Orientation & Onboarding

Once a student has been selected to participate in the U.S. AgBank / AgVantis Intern Program, they will be involved in a comprehensive orientation and onboarding process. This phase of the program is focused on helping each student acclimate themselves not only to the unique company culture of U.S. AgBank and AgVantis and their specific day-to-day responsibilities, but also the community of Wichita!

  • Company History
    Discover how the past has shaped the present. Use these ideas for inspiration when forming the future.
  • Generational Opportunities in the Workplace
    Learn what some of the generational obstacles are in today’s work environment and how to overcome them successfully.
  • Lunch & Learns
    Spend time with the CEOs and Senior Vice Presidents to discuss the various departments, their duties, and their part in the organizations success.
